I replaced my old Dishwasher, Cooking Gas Range, and Subzero Refrigerator during November/December. After research, I bought all from SARA Appliances. Mr.Chuck Katz patiently attended to details of sizes of replacement, given that the new appliances needed to be fit into fixed spaces in place of the old etc. Except for one installer (for the DishWasher), all other installers sent by SARA were excellent to work with.

Gave me good price for GE fridge and Speed queen washer/dryer. Washer came with a leak and they didn't take it back. I had to call a third party company who came and fixed it for free since its under warranty Dryer had an outlet which was shaped differently then my exhaust outlet and the technician refused to solve the issue (All I did was buy a converter from Home Depot). After the purchase the store did not help me with my issues which was disappointing. At that point they had received my payment so customer service was not a priority.

I purchased a Monogram cooktop from Sara Appliances & Electronics for my husband as a birthday gift to replace the generic builder-grade cooktop that came with our home. We were quite familiar with Monogram in our previous home, so I knew the product would be outstanding. But, Sara A&E exceeded all expectations. They made the transaction as simple as possible. The installation was wonderful, the installer was professional and arrived as scheduled. The entire process was exceptional. Months later, I am still extremely satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend this company! They are fairly priced, deliver a high-end quality product, are extremely communicative, and have knowledgeable and quality installers.

I’ve tried dealing with this company for over a month now, and it’s been a complete nightmare. I’ve been to their location twice in person and called them three times in the last four weeks, all to arrange for a technician to inspect the location for installing a new cooktop. Here’s the string of broken promises I’ve received:•"We’ll call you on Monday."•"We’ll call you on Friday."•"The technician will call on Tuesday."•"The technician will call in 30 minutes."•"You need to call the technician yourself in 30 minutes."As of today, it has been 30 days since my first visit on November 4th, and I still don’t have an appointment scheduled.This is beyond poor customer service—it’s outright incompetence. If this is how they handle simple scheduling, I can’t imagine trusting them for an actual installation. Absolutely disappointing experience. Avoid if you value your time and sanity.

I like Sara Appliances sales people but not their delivery. I have had two experiences now where delivery was very delayed and I wasted many days waiting on them.
